These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with St. Hannah Kids Clothing (“St. Hannah”, “we”, “us”), based in Chicago, Illinois. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. Everything is subject to availability: if an item sells out or a price was shown in error, we may cancel that item or order and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and taken when you place your order.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and aren’t guaranteed. See Shipping & Returns for rates and times.

Returns

You can return or exchange unworn items with tags within 30 days of delivery, as set out on our Shipping & Returns page.

Discount codes

Discount codes are subject to the conditions shown with them (such as dates, minimum spend or one use per customer). Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes have no cash value and can’t be applied to past orders. If you return items bought with a discount, the refund is the amount you actually paid.

Gift cards

Gift cards can be used to pay for anything in our shop and don’t expire. They can’t be exchanged for cash except where the law requires it, and can’t be returned. Please keep your code safe: treat it like cash, as we can’t replace a code someone else has used.

Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Reviews

Reviews must be honest and about the product, and mustn’t include anything offensive, personal information or links. We check reviews before they appear and may decline or remove any that don’t follow these rules. By posting a review you allow us to show it on our website and in our marketing.

Product photos and descriptions

We try to show colors and details accurately, but they can look slightly different depending on your screen. Sizes are guides; please use our Size guide.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design of this website belong to St. Hannah or its licensors. Please don’t copy them without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer. Otherwise, to the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren’t responsible for losses we couldn’t reasonably foresee.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
